How do I get one?
Please complete the Application Form so we can prepare your smartcard for you.

You can either:

- HAVE IT POSTED

We can send you your card by post to the address you have given on the Application Form

- COLLECT IT

You can collect it from our Travel Shop in Fleming Way as follows:

- Apply on Monday - collect from noon on Wednesday

- Apply on Tuesday - collect from noon on Thursday

- Apply on Wednesday - collect from noon on Friday

- Apply on Thursday - collect from noon on Monday

- Apply on Friday - collect from noon on Tuesday*

- Apply on Saturday - collect from noon on Tuesday*

- Apply on Sunday - collect from noon on Tuesday*

* collect on Wednesday if Bank Holiday

You can then load travel onto your smartcard with a pass or stored value.
