To help us achieve this, each year we ask you, our customers, for your views about the quality of service we are providing. It’s that time again!
 
Questionnaires are being issued out on the main Swindon town services on Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd February and once completed these can simply be posted back to the Freepost address shown on the form.
 
Alternatively, if you don’t receive a form or would like to submit your views on-line instead, you can follow the link below to our on-line survey and enter your responses.
 
In appreciation of your help, all completed questionnaires are eligible for entry into a prize draw. The winner will receive a £50 Marks & Spencer gift card, so please remember to put your contact details on the questionnaire if you would like to enter the prize draw.
